Let me know what you think. I thought it turned out awesome. The tension on the Kydex isn't super tight like a metal belt clip, but works. Thanks,
Matt

Finally a pocket sheath design which stays in place. Nice job! Like you said, metal will work better for the clip.

Very nice! Does it draw out of the sheath when it is drawn, or does the sheath come with it? I like how simple it is.

No it did not. The clip doesn't have enough tension.......BUT I just added this clever little piece(which I will mold along with the belt clip attachment next time) and presto...IT DOES. Let me know what you think.

Can't really tell from the pics, but it does work.

Nice job, I noticed the same thing with the kydex not pinching as tight as a metal clip. One thing you can do that helps a little is to rough up the part of the clip where it pinches your jeans. I used a triangular mini file and scored in some horizontal lines so it didn't slide as easily. It might make sense to do both the parts of the clip (inside and outside of the pocket).

Trim this area off, then with the clip off the sheath, heat the clip area and bend it back past itself. This will greatly increase the tension.

How about a thumb rest incorporated into the design or does it add too much bulk? It would give aid to withdrawing the knife while keeping the sheath in your pocket. Just an idea I thought of from pocket holsters for guns.

I'm giving it a name...the "SUICIDE POCKET CLIP"
