Hey Willie, can you do some pics that are zoomed out a little more for a better shot of the overall bag? That thing looks sweet and I might steal some ideas from you! I love kit. Not more than TTD of course. House of 1000 Kits Starting TTD.
Here you go Adam. I hope I haven't overdone it.
Here are two pics of the front of the pack. Mounted on the Pals webbing is my Izula and a double mag pouch. On the left side, hooked to a Grimlock are two little lights.:
Here's the back of the pack. The square section in the middle is a tacky, rubbery material that keeps the pack stable when worn over the shoulder. The webbing seen here enables the MGB to be attached to my A-III's Pals webbing.
The following pic shows three more mags attached to a Velcro panel within the pack's front pocket. What isn't seen in the pic is a good size pocket that is behind the Velcro panel.
Here are two picks of the MGB's main section. Within this section are four drawstring string pouches. In my four pouches I carry a water bottle, extra batteries, flashlight, firstaid kit, and four more magazines. You can see that between the two sets of pouches there is ample room for books, Depends, whatever. There is also another good size pocket for melba toast or, as I've shown, a good book or two.
In the next pick, in the foreground, is an EMDOM Recon waistpack that can be mounted on the MGB's webbing for some addtional room. Everything works well together.
I hope this helps and, as I said, I hope I've not overdone it with the pack pictures. Here's a little RAT porn. This shows my new Rat Pack knive, Izula, and old RAT3 and my RC4.
Thanks for looking.
