Izula or BK-14 need opinions

neither - it largely comes down to which one feels better in your hand.
the Izula seems to balance better and it more "pointy".
the extra 1/2" of blade on the BK14 is more handy for some tasks.
with full size scales, the eskabar gets more carry time than my cord wrapped izula, because I like the extra 1/2" of blade and the scales balance it out -- but my Izula 2 handle fits me better than either.

if I get either I will be getting scales from the knife connection if that factors in

And then there is the age-old question: Better for what? With two knives that close in size, you will probably get recommendations both ways, but it always helps if folks know where you will be carrying the knife and what your primary intended uses are.

simple neck knife for over all work/play/camping nothing to rough since I own a BK2 and a handforged khukuri to take care of that stuff

I might EDC with it once and a while

of those two and.....if you are actually going to wear it around your neck, the izula. one reason the sheath is lighter, smaller, holds the knife more securely, and all around better.

if you are going to toss it in your pocket....both are equally good for most users.

I prefer the Izula between the two. If I wanted something any bigger I'd take a much larger step up in size.

Izula because I like the blade shape better. The Izula 2 is better though.

Izula for sure. If you have bigger hands, the Izula II would be an excellent choice as well.

I have a bhk bushcrafter for that I am looking for small neck knife that had a comfortable handle
