I got a pocket sheath a few days ago from Miller Custom Sheaths (SuicideFO). The design is genius and the sheath is very high quality. It is comfortable siting or standing and allows you to carry other stuff in your pocket. The only complaint I have is that it is a little tight. I realy have to yank the knife out, but it might loosen up over time.

Can you use your thumb to pop it out rather than yanking it? I find it a little safer. I have found that kydex will break in very slightly or maybe it's just the knife coating breaking in. You can also spray some WD-40 in it to slick up the action.

Thumb pop doesn't really work on this sheath. maybe if I put some skateboard tape along the side.

Thanks BlairB!!! Glad you like it. As Hoopster said it should break in a little more for you over time. If not send it back and I can make it fit a little looser.

Matt

Guys, Stay away from WD40. Use silicone spray $3.50 at Walmart. wd40 is NOT a lubricant, it evaporates quickly. It is a water displacement #40. Your knives will rust
