Izula replacement sheath

I'm a big fan of the Izula and take it almost everywhere with me. I left it in my car for a few days and the heat changed the sheath so that it doesn't retain the knife tight anymore. Is there a way to order just the sheath?

You also might be able to reverse the problem with a blow dryer. Heat up the sheath until its pliable insert the knife and then squeeze the top to re-create the retention friction fit.

I am a bit surprised that the sheath did not go back to it's original shape after cooling down. We have been using the polyethylene in the RC3 sheath for years with no deformation due to heat. That is suppsoedly one of the positive characteristics os that material. Kydex will deform with heat. If you will mail me your deformed one I will send you a new sheath. I would be interested in looking at it. email me your shipping address. Mike

It was still quite warm when I was using it after sitting in my car in 100 degree heat here. After cooling down over night the fit is a good interference fit again.

Sorry about that, next time I wont jump to gun so early!
