I have been carrying my Izula lately in a KSF Adirondack Pocket Sheath in my back pocket. I am starting to like it better than using the factory sheath when wearing something with a good back pocket.

Anyways, I have been putting off getting the Izula scales mainly because I don't know how the Izula will fit in the Adirondack sheath with the scales on it. I usually use the bigger of the two pockets on the sheath as the knife shaped pocket retains the knife a bit too tight for use with a paracord wrap.

Has anyone used this sheath with a scaled Izula?

Hey, first post in this forum (which I really enjoy) and yes I do and have no problem whatsoever with the scales in my KSF pocket sheaths.

I have two of their pocket sheaths---one a little larger that the other, the Adirondack and the smaller Pocono Pocket Sheath. I carry the Izula w/scales and a small AA Maratac flashlight in my Hunter's KSF sheath (just purchased) which can ride easily in your front pocket if you want to. Sounds bulky but it isnt.

I also switch out to the Adirondack sheath---Izula w/scales and a SAK Farmer in the larger KSF sheath that I carry in my back pocket.

Simply put either sheath carries the Izula w/scales perfectly---fit is snug but easy to withdraw when you need your Izula:thumbup::)

Cool. I was not sure if the Izula would fit in the sheath with the scales. Seems like it will work. Now off to order some scales:D

Are there 2 different Adirondack sheaths for left or right pocket carry or do you just flip it over?
