Izula with Izula II scales

Just wondering if anyone has both knives or if anyone has tried to use Izula II scales on an original Izula to add extra handle length? Possibly dremel/mill the scales to fit? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They won't fit with out a lot of work to them. The cut outs in the handles are different sizes and the holes in the ends are also different. The 2 is a smaller hole and a bigger cut out in the handle. It would probably be easier to make a custom set all together out of micarta or g10. Here are a few sets I have made for mine out of G10
