Do you mean a molle lock/clip?

You can get them from RAT Cutlery's web site Optional Accessories & Components page. 5th from the top.

The Izula is not mentioned, but I have the Izula kit and the RC-4 kit, both come with those clips, and they look the same (from memory, haven't verified.)
