OK, just took a try at placing an order: not accepted for not putting 2 or more characters in the 'State' field. How does one go about ordering items from CRKS to be shipped to Europe (the Netherlands, in my case...)?

Edit: on a second pass I managed to create an account with CRKS (currently I'm situated at Wageningen, ALASKA, the Netherlands of all places ;-) but the shipping & billing adresses could be changed (from Alaska to NL, which should do fine). However on checking out there were no international shipping charges...well...charged. So I broke off the order.
