A little presentation of this very very kind and talented Hungarian knife-maker .....living in Ireland
His production is very traditional and well made.

Here is my first order. An 8,5cm blade slipjoint with an ironwood handle .
The blade is tough with a thickness of almost 3,5mm. It's a farmer knife

Though the knives are spectacular, I especially like the wood Barlow, with the pin-work in the handle!!

Charlie, this is the traditional Hungarian style. The shields represent the sun, but others represent a moon crescent, a rooster, a deer, etc.

I've just received this very very nice knife from Janos .
Here is with my Ancient Barlow for the size.
I love it . It's really well made .
Horn and nickel for the handle and a 7cm carbon blade .

This post could be titled The Postman rings Twice!
Today I expected a parcel with Hungarian food inside, so when the postman rang I was surprised that all he handled me was a medium sized enveloppe.
I did not expect anything else, so what? What lied in the enveloppe?
What a surprise, a J Németh knife. Totally unexpected, the trick came from JM aka Âchillepattada ! No warning or else.
Less than an hour later, postman rang again. That time I knew what was inside.
Well, I had the right tool at hand to open it! Thank you JM!
