I'm pretty sure that Henkles pocket knives are made by United Cutlery. And as it is with most UC products, it is hit or miss. Some of their products are really good (I enjoy many of their throwing knives) others are total crap (like anything that says "Colt" on it.)
So maybe they are good. I don't know.

Henckels are made by boker (for Henckels). Henckles has been around for over 200+ years. They use to make some very high quality cultery at one time. The ones made now by boker for them are decent quality. Its like anything else though. You can get a few bad with the good 9usually more good). I own about 7 henckel whittlers and they all are decent quality. It made be united thats been importing them, but they are made by Boker in their Solingen factory.
