I need an epoxy that works well for micarta knife handle.I was going to use jb weld, but it says it don't bond well to canvas, dont know if that means canvas micarta, has anybody tried it or know of a good epoxy to use?Any help would be appreciated

west systems 2 part epoxy, supposedly is super good stuff for adhering micarta to steel and pretty much anything else.

If it's anything like the stuff Glocks are made of, pls let me know what works.
I had a nice trigger stop made of a segment of hose washer glued behind the trigger of my G34 but it came off.
So far I've found NOTHING that will stick to Glock synthetic plastic.

I've used it before on both linen and canvas Micarta and adhered perfectly. Note to self "remember the two knives on your truck bumper BEFORE you back out of the driveway"!!!

I am a bit biased when it comes to JB Weld. To me it is to epoxies as what duct tape is to tape. Good stuff!!!

^^^ I agree, JB Weld comes in the 5min version as well "Kwik Weld" with a lower PSI then the 24hr JB Weld. 2,400 something PSI versus 3,200 something PSI? Both work very well...

I use 5 min epoxy/glue as well, most of the known online knife shops carry it. You may even find it at your local store.

I have used jb weld for adhering paper micarta to a knife and it turned out great. It bonded very well. I currently use Gorilla glue and works great to, its less of a hassle to use, and still gives a great bond to knife handles not to mention the cleanup is much easier too.
