Someone just paid $637 +shipping for a "Vintage J. English & Hubers Sheffield Bowie Hunting Knife With Sheath". I hope the buyer realizes that that brand was made at Sheffield Works, Philadelphia, PA, not in England. God only knows when, where, and by whom this specimen was made. Buyer beware and do your research! T-A

If its real, it was made by Sheffield Works in Philadelphia PA in the 1830s - 1840s. I took a look and one like this sold a while back for $13k......so yeah, do your research......
