...or the garage where he makes knives. ;)

I was visiting him this afternoon taking some video of the fledgling knife maker at work on a couple new knives and thought I'd post a couple of pics.

I'll post the finished video and pictures of the finished knives when they're done as well (so everyone can learn his secrets!)

Kidding.

Ok, here you go...

I've seen a few of Jared's knives, He's doing
an amazing job! Can't find a better guy, He's top notch!

Jason

He let me breathe down his neck with a camera for 4 hours, I'd say he's a good guy! ;)

Joe, the pics turned out great. Thanks for posting some for me. Here is the knife we ground today. My take on a Nessmuk:

It was challenging to design and grind and I give Joe credit for some of the design work. The next challenge will be how we are doing the scales. It will be hard so I hope I'm up for it.

Thanks for being patient through the boring stuff as we ground this one Joe.

Jason, I appreciate the kind words my friend. The same and better can be said of you.

Knifemaker? Hands and machinery too clean, clothes too neat.
The Nessmuk looks good, though! (A good photographer helps a lot! :p )

Just kidding. You are off to a good start. Be sure to keep posting in this knifemaker's gallery even if you aren't ready to sell.

Ha ha, that's why I wear dark clothes. Gives the illusion of clean.;)

Thank you, I will definitely keep posting.

Very cool shots, and nice work Jared! Good to see other new makers in Utah!

Cool 1x30, and press. May want to raise that grinder up or have a seat, and dont forget respiration those 1x30s do make grind dust. GHaile
