Hi,This is my 7th knife so far (Hope I am getting better)
I made my first skinner out of a car spring blade 43 years ago because I needed one to use when we went hunting in Africa ,the second was a car spring Bowie just because I wanted to make a knife.
Its been about 25 years between the Bowie and this one ,a friend of mine started collecting bits of nice looking metal and it stired up the interest again.
Made from a used brick saw.
3 1/2" X .090" blade
4 1/2" handle
Jabrock scales
White liners
Aluminium rivets
Aluminium Lanyard tube
Edged quenched the old way,torch and oil and hand finished.
