Good lookin' hawks!

Are you re-pointing jackhammer bits? Have you seen Larry Langdon's method?

They look Wonderful Steve....Glad your still pounding metal.....

Your making me drool!

There goes my self control, sent you an email Steve.

Still kickin myself for selling mine to Pete.

I just received the two hawks that you sent me last week Steve and they're perfect! Exactly what I wanted. Thank you for filling the order so quickly and for keeping me in the loop while you were making them.

I bought them to use and use hard but I have to admit that both could be considered works of art, But, they work as good as they look.
Living in the burbs I wasn't able to go out to the back 40 and start chopping away so instead I took them out in the yard and chopped through a 4 year old dried piece of 2x4 that was hard as stone, or so it seemed. Both hawks cut through it with little effort, and the edge was perfect.
These are both my new favorite tools, I'll be getting ahold of you in the future to see which one I end up with next.

Anybody who's thinking of buying a Coal Creek Forge Hawk should just get ahold of Steve and get one ASAP!

Just placed an order with Steve over at Coal Creek, guys. Very nice guy and easy to deal with. I'll get some pics up when my new 'hawk gets here!

Those are some bad a$$ hawks. I like the hawk on the left more, the pole on it looks less likely to break... Awesome....thanks fer sharing... Phil
