I find jade almost impossible to capture properly in a picture. In real life you have the granny smith apple green, the deep forest at twilight green and the somber green of a wine grape leaf in full production. Not to mention all those other greens that the ladies can identify but us men can't see.
This knife was special ordered, ( I do take orders) and is heading to wine country. There to be used by the vintner to ensure that the fruit of his labours graces our tables in its many flavours and aromas.
The knife is 4 inches closed and 7 1/4 inches open. It has a blade and back spine of 154 CPM and the body, with its integral front and back bolsters is 416 stainless steel. And of course the inlay is premium BC jade.
Your comments and questions are highly appreciated.
Thanks
Steve
