Jaguar Question

I'm a newbie planning on getting a Jag as my first bali. I was wondering if it would be worth it to get the model with the plastic inserts as in would they help learning due to better grip or is it just a preference thing.

Preference is really what it's all about.
Some people don't feel that plastic inserts do much for grip,while others do.For me,it doesn't matter.
