Not gonna lie, if you made me a whole set of kitchen knives that nice, I might consider a marriage proposal from you!

Although, I am a middle aged fat guy.

That is outstanding. I normally don't like chef knives with that much belly but I really want one just like this. You'll be making me one. :p

I'll send you a PM

Jason

Can I change my order from the A10 to this?! LOL jk but seriously sexy kitchen knife.

It is nice to see a knife designed by someone who obviously appears to know how to use one. That is a very elegant shape and the shape of the grip looks very comfortable. You are an artiste. Nice steel choice also. Tell your wife how lucky she is. Of course she may give you "the look".

Beautiful knife right there! One question out of curiosity though, why chain ring bolts and not pins on the handle? Thanks!

thanks guys:)

little update, wife loves it and I have been getting lots of dinner because of it. I may have just added another nail to the coffin:) lol.

I used Chainring bolts because I take care of all my knives and like being able to remove the handles and clean it. not perfect for those whole dont want to take the time to do so though. On a normal order, I would most likely glue it down.

Well bringing this back from the dead. I didn't forget about it:) got 25 kitchen knives cut out and sent to HT now:)!!! Woot.

If anybody emailed me before please do so again as I lost my order book a couple months back and lost a bunch of you guys out of it for these things. Only the kitchen knives guys, I took care of the rest of the orders.
