I’m thinking of purchasing my first jake hoback folder should I get the radford or the A15 slim line not much of difference in price which is the better knife for the money as far as durability and overall quality ? Please any help

I have the Hoback Sumo and have put it through hundreds of cycles with no signs of wear or play.

Edit: I am away from my collection for at least another two weeks, but can take a photo when the time comes.

I also have the Sumo and I love it. I've probably flipped it 1,000 times in the week I've had it and no problems. :)

Personally I wasn't offended by his response in that thread. Perhaps a bit flippant, but he took the time to write a considered response and offered to address any issue, and that's more than you'll get from most manufucturers.

Yeah, type of knife wasn't the point, more the response from the maker and how he handled the problem.

Hopefully you don't run in to any issues, probably won't. Post up some pics and let us know how you like it!
