I have a viewed once James Keating Lock Flow dvd if anyone would care to pick it up.

As far as explaining proper technique...tactics...methods to sure up locks in case they fail...this dvd is it.It also shows how to get functional locks out of various energy drills.
My only gripe with James is he talks a little to much for me..but for someone new to the game...this is exactly what you want from video instruction.He tries to leave no stone unturned.

Remember the videos, DVD are for instuction purposes.

If you want less talk go the ROS or any of his classes he gives alot less and more hands on.
