I bought this off the exchange and I have been carrying it for a week. I sold off 2 custom Bowies in anticipation of this one. I'm not a collector. I upgrade. In my opinion, this knife outperforms the 2 that I paid many hundreds more. I did a few subtle mods to fine tune it to my needs: dulled the sharpened swedge, stippled the scales, and cut kydex retention grooves into the front of each scale. It takes a very fine edge. Zero deformation to its paper thin and needle sharp tip despite repeated overhand stabs into my work bench. It's a keeper for sure.
