It makes them look taller and accentuates the calf muscles to make the legs look more attractive. This is the idea behind high heels too.

The calf muscles are accentuated, like wearing heels.

But it's probably just a cold floor.

Mr. Zark. I am not far from Philadelphia if you ever would want to meet up. I don't know where you are in PA, but I get up into the Poconos a couple times a year.

I do try to attend the gun shows at the Farm Show Complex in Hbg, if you get to those.

ACtually I thought it was nice to see some actual cloth for the $$ you spend these days. :D :D Still won't let the kid out of the house in one, but then that's why I'm the mom :D
