Hi, I rather impulsively purchase a Santoku knife in Tokyo. I speak very limited Japanese and only acquired general knowledge of what I was purchasing. I’d like to know a little more about this knife.

If anyone can identify it, I’d really appreciate it!

If anyone could help it would be very appreciated!
