Does anyone know if this man is still making knives? He made a simple, small Bowie style EDC that I would love to have, but I find no activity for him on here. Here is a photo of it when it was sold here. Sadly, I missed it...

Any contact information?

i'm sorry man, I have no idea. However, the blade looks similar to knives Fred Perrin makes. Maybe his bowie variants rocks your boat.

You are correct, there certainly is a similarity, and I actually have a Spyderco variant as well as one of Fred's neck knives. But this particular design appeals to the minimalist side of me and I really like it. I was hoping to contact Jason to have one made. I am rather surprised that no one has any information on him.

Have you tried Google image search? It doesn't look like his logo.

If you look at his past knives from Arizona Customs you'll see that it's his logo. You have to be careful with google image search because many times it will pull up pictures of knives that aren't related to the maker at all, so always click the link to the source of the image to see (or get clues as to) who made it, if you're not sure to begin with.

To the OP: This is actually the first time I've ever heard of him but I really do like his Don Fogg/ Jimmy Fikes-esque style!

I did some quick searching (how I found the above link) and I was able to find that he is a member over on Don's Bladesmiths forum (com) using his real name. His profile showed that he was last active there in July of 2013. https://www.bladesmithsforum.com/index.php?/profile/346-jason-taylor/
(Sorry if I'm not allowed to mention other forums here, I forget if there are any rules about that. Please let me know if there are and I'll delete it.)

He has a link to his site at the bottom of his posts there, however his site is down. It's too bad as I'd like to view more of his work. I tried the URL on the "Internet Archive Wayback Machine" to see if I could view it and perhaps find his contact info there but it's not working from there either.

Anyway, I would ask on the forum I mentioned above, since that seems to be the place he hung out and sold at. Good luck.
