Gorgeous knife! Love that long mosaic damascus blade. Very elegant overall package.

The Damascus is stunning.

The guard shows a lot of attention to detail and style too.

Very nice!

A beautiful knife, but the small white spots on the ivory look a little out of place to me. That mosaic damascus is exceptional.

Very nice!
It appears that two of the attachments are inserted, so here is the handle of fossil walrus ivory

I owned a Tiensvold bowie once as well. If there's one thing for certain, it's that he can forge a clean, visually striking billet of damascus. He also does some excellent handle and guard work. Your bowie showcases his skills about as well as any knife of his that I've seen. Nice purchase!

Jason is a Journeyman Smith in the ABS, correct?

Wulf,
he is a Journeyman and is,with his father, going for his M.S this year. A first For the ABS.
Glad you like the piece.
Randy

Heres one of his i really thought about buying, i guess i should have, but as you all know, few of us can afford every knife we like, i can afford abou 1% of the knives i want... :)

I posted a few pictures of my Tiensvold bowie in the gallery some time back. Here's a link

I sold it for $350 to one VERY lucky and discriminating forumite. I even had to "BTTT" the darn thing 4 times!

Jason and his dad are fine craftsmen, as well as true gentlemen. They will leave their mark in the world of knives.
