Those Desert outlaw over runs are super sweet, the ones I had were ver nice as far as fit and finish are concerned. The only e handled blades I had that were as nicely finished were the final run of E handles done in the desert tan with tan slabs. Very cool!

Also, I have not seen any two of these which were exactly alike. They have different swedge lengths, different spine finishes and coverages, different handle slabs (Raptor and Quilted), etc.

Somehow, that Double Cut finish on the spine, feels SOOOOOO nice and soft to the hand. Awesome!

what are busse knives meant to be used for? They look like miniature machetes. Is that how they feel or are they well balanced knives.
 
There are Busses for about every use imaginable.

Depends on the model, but for the most part, especially a model like this one, is extremely well balanced.

They are meant to be used for whatever you need to do with them. No limits.

The particular Busse model pictured is IMO the best balanced of the 6 inch Busses. But I have not had what I would consider a poorly balanced Busse.

yeah that is cool. they kind of looked to me that they might be best suited for chopping. But i guess not.
