A few years ago I saw a photo of a knife that really spoke to me at that time. Although the maker wasn't a household name I thought the knife was really cool. Well that same knife is now a part of my collection.
This Toothpick by Jay Harris is a folding dagger with a double edged damascus blade. The stainless steel double bolsters are engraved by Bruce Shaw. The handle has some very nice mother of pearl scales. The liners are anodized and jeweled titanium and the back spacer is vine fileworked and anodized as well. The blade size is 6 3/8" and the knife is 14 5/8" overall!!
This knife received Most Innovative and Best of show at the BAKCA 2006 show.
