Just received my JBS 3.6. wow... really impressed with this knife.
Flicks open like a champ. disappears in the pocket. actually very slim.
has hard use written all over it. solid, solid lock up. yet the fit and finish is refined.
I definitely understand and recognize the hype...which is well deserved.
the size of this knife is in my sweetspot. not too small, not too big. 3.5" blade. approx. 8.25" OAL (not counting skull breaker)
I also really like the square handle. it feels very comfortable in the hand. no hotspots whatsoever.
but it's the details and unique design that really set it apart. tanto blade with compound gride, fuller and oval opening. there is no mistaking that Jason made this.
The blue ano flame job looks great. subtle but it still pops. The mill work on the top of the blade and backspacer really makes it special.
