JBS folding skinner....almost.

This started out as a proto for a folder version of my Backstrapper skinner. Several local guys are up for a pass around this deer season.
I think this one turned out a bit too pretty for a working class skinner....so I'm gonna EDC it for a while.
Overall length 7 1/2" blade length 3 1/8" blade width 1 1/4" thickness .156" Blade steel and backspacer are D-2, Ti liners and clip, orange/black G-10 scales.

That is one great looking folder. Nicely done.
 
Dang, that's just about my perfect folder.
Stop raising the bar so fast, you guys, I'm trying to catch up!
 
Yeah, I cote the important areas..pivot hole, lockface , bearing and detent race with clear fingernail polish. Then etch in straight Ferric for 10 minutes, neutralize, clean then to the tumbler.
