I don’t think this has been done before. 🤔

I’ve got tons of jeans since I wear them at work as well as casually. My favorite that I’ve found works best for my “assless wonder” is Duluth Trading Ballroom DoubleFlex carpenters.

They last for a good long while and give the “extra room”. Tiny bit of elasticity to them also. Perfect for me. Little expensive at $75 a pair but not awful for what they are.

What jeans or dungarees do you prefer?

Diamond Gusset jeans are the best I have worn. The crotch design works great for extra movement like riding cycles/horses, they are well made, wear well, and loops are where I like them for holster position. Really great jeans and offered in different fits/colors.

For non jeans, Duluth Firehose Flex cargos are great.

I wear "Dylan" skinny jeans by AG. AG are not cheap but they fit me well. They are made in Los Angeles, and American-made jeans (like knives) cost more.
Damn. Those are some expensive jeans. Course I’m in the Midwest and $100 for a pair is pretty expensive. I’m sure they’re made very well and the cost difference between Iowa and LA is probably adding to my awe. I can’t justify trying them without trying them on first though.

Big fan of Diamond Gusset, US made and wear well;
They don't make pants in my size but they do make their carpenter shorts in my size and they're amazing.
Definitely my absolute favorite.
I have a pair of denim carpenter shorts, the 12oz brown canvas carpenters, and am about to order a grey pair.
I bought mine rebranded by All American clothing co and was able to get the denims with an American flag rear logo patch for an extra $5 which I thought was cool.

My only complaint is that the fly could be a little bigger, but otherwise they're excellent.
The quality is night and day compared to the cheap wrangler stuff I normally wear, the extra thick sturdy pocket bags are something I noticed right away.
I have never really worn through a pocket before, but I suspect these shorts are going to last long enough that it could happen if the pocket bags weren't so sturdy.

Shared this before .... Wranglers all the way. These days, I'm old and nerdy enough that even customers are OK with it (no fixed blades there, however :) ).

Either "20x Advanced Comfort", or "ATG", with their great tool and folder pockets, and additional protection on the bike

Abercrombie & Fitch still has the best cut for me, the Mexican made ones are high quality but Abercrombie in general has good textiles.

Yeah, I've had a heck of a time finding jeans that fit because I'm skinny with long legs. Most jeans companies that make 30" waist only have 32" length and I need 34. Lucky that stores carry the AG brand in San Diego where I live since they are made in LA. I have one pair and I wear them all the time.

Your whole collection of knives and watches has me in awe. Love love love your Patek. I’m certain based on your tastes that I would like the AG brand but I’m stuck on not being able to try on before wearing. Know anyone that would accept returns if they didn’t “fit”?

Just an fyi if you decide to try the Diamond Gussets from TN.91B234AE-E525-45AF-88EC-DA8B31C95489.jpg

I am also a fan of American-giant.com jeans, flannels, and T-shirts. All USA made.

Very good quality, and service, and usually you can find a 20% off coupon.

Right now they offer 20% off your first order at bottom of main page, and returns by mail have a shipping fee of $7 dollars.

I don't know for sure, but I think AG has a website you can order from and I'm sure they will have a return policy. With my weird body I need to try pants on because every brand fits differently.
Thanks for your comment on my stuff. I have been lucky to have traded up my watches. It was 4 years ago I think, but I traded 2 watches for the Patek, one being a Rolexl (the Hulk). The Aquanaut was used but mint.
There are 2 well-known grey dealers in my area that I worked with. But now the preowned watch market has tanked. Also, I have seen some Youtube vids on superclones and the Patek looked real, even the movement visible through the back looked just like mine. The same clone issue exists with Rolexes unless they are gold, which they can't fake (yet).

Wranglers for sure ... $19.99 at Walmart or secondhand @ The Goodwill for $5.99. I have priorities and need to save $$$ on trivial stuff to be able to support my knife addiction. 🤣
I mostly wear the $20 wranglers as well because they're what is available that fit me are comfortable and have usable pockets.
The past couple years though they have no been holding up for me.
Basically all wrangler pants or shorts I've bought ripped down the rear starting with a hole at the top inner corner of one of the pockets

None of their more durable offerings are available in my size, so I'm stuck with the offerings that are comfortable but don't last as long as I'd like.
