I have spent about a month now using my second Jeff fogleboch knife. It's a chef knife made from 154 stainless. I love this knife. My first is was a edc fixed blade that has been a favorite for a whole me now. I commissioned the chef knife and we talked about it step by step throughout the gulf . That's clean! Chef knives are probably the trickiest thing I grind, not easy to get right.
