Jeff Hall linerlock folder (Imp prototype model)

I have a Jeff Hall linerlock custom folder with a 3 inch blade (6 7/8" overall) and dark brown wood scales. It is supposedly the prototype or pattern used for the Nemisis Imp. Not sure what steel, but it does have a few small pits on each side of the blade typical of D2 steel. Scales are in pretty good condition with slight pocket wear and the blade is unsharpened. Want to know the value, what model knife this is and the steel used. I might be interested in trading for a fixed blade Randall.
