I was watching the Travel channel - Episode: Missouri Breaks- Montana and Survivalist Steven Rinella Shoots a buffalo and finds a dead antelope and uses a Jeff White Nessmuk to skin them. Just thought it was interesting He would use a 40.00 knife instead of one that's more commercially available.

I agree I love mine too and hopefully it will be busy this October. Just got one of Jeff's Bowies this week I really like it also. However I think his Kephart is the his best work.

I have one also. I redid the handles but its a cutting machine for sure!

I'd like to see pics of that. I have the walnut handle instead of the orange or cherry. I've been thinking about buying some micarta or g-10 to play with re-handling mine. Also bought the R. Jones sheath, very happy with both. Got amazing deals off the fleabay on both. Dont use mine for anything other than food prep and grilling. Simple leather strop keeps that knife unreal sharp though, couldnt be happier.

Jeff White makes a good knife for an amazing price. As others have said, sharp.

God bless,
Adam
