I just wanted to tell you that the way you answer inquiries in a timely, no-nonsense manner combined with the sensibile manner of the forumites posting here add up to a top -notch forum. Sometimes the fuzzy, flirty messages I see in other dedicated brand name forums here sickens me, it's good to see really useful Q&A and relevant commentary for a change. Keep up the good work!

Courteous, kind, knowledgeable; and always willing to 'search' for the answer if he doesn't know it himself! Jeff doesn't put you 'on hold' for ages. In fact, he's one of the main reasons I like Buck Knives. He takes care of his customers - like they actually, really matter.

Yup, it's true, Jeff has been very helpful to me as well. It's so nice to see a big company like Buck recognize and communicate with their customers in such a down to earth fashion. Thanks Jeff, CJ Buck and everyone else over there for good products and great service.
