Jerry & Crew,

I know these were hidden in more than likely a drunken stupor, but can you go back in memory and tell
us if there are still any unaccounted for?

For all of the new folks, ask the Crew to put some more out there.

The hunts for these were awesome!

Sure there are still lots of them out there. Do not have the slightest idea where though, and those are just the ones that I hid. Seems like there was a gas station on I-75 on the way to Atlanta.

Good Luck
Garth

well there goes my weekend, anybody want to go in on fuel?

I dont think the one on Jekyll Island,GA was ever found. There is now an eight foot wide bike path paved right on top of where Jerry described burying it. Backhoe anyone???

Edited to add. It wasnt a tag,it was a knife buried in a PVC tube!!!!!

As far as I know the one I hid at Disney World is still there. That was in 06 so it might have been stumbled upon. But if its still there.............

That thieving mouse hid it in his garage of all places. :)

How about 1 in AZ :)

Did anyone win any of the prizes from the Vegas tags?

I'm guessing no one won the Proto Folder.

I believe all the tags in the Greatest Busse Give-Away Ever were all found.

Vicki found the Grand Prize tag in Coyote Ugly.
Skunk found #1 at the HD Cafe.
I found #2 at the Riviera.
I don't remember the winners for #3-5.

Wow! So there is one Busse prototype folder out there! Pretty sweet. Wish I was around for that.

There should be another "Greatest Busse Giveaway Ever!"

I found #4 at Treasure Island (long story and it was almost never found due to the construction that was about to be done) man that was fun.

you just beat me to the one at the Riviera.

#3 was at the wedding chapel that Britney Spears got married at, I think Allan Keys got that one, Jerry has told a pretty funny story about Allan's determination to get it.

The one at the Sigfried and Roy statue was UN-found I believe it was 5

Just a thought for all of you aspiring treasure hunters.

There is at least one Original Argonne Assault buried in the woods in California. Topanga ?

Deep in the mists of HOG lore, before the gathering of the original 13 HOGS of the Round Trough, there is a tale of early Busse knives buried in caches across the United States. Hammy has one of these knives the famous Bird and Trout knife. According to legend there are approximately 36 of these knives cached across the country, the maps lost or perhaps hidden by a mysterious janitor ;)

Now, modern payloads are dog tags instead of actual knives.

Here is a picture of the payload I found.

Oh, yes. I heard that myth ... from one of the Original Hogs.

It was a breathtaking experience.

At Blade 2007, Jerry told the epic tale of the Mother of all Busse caches buried in SoCal. Still to be uncovered.

He also drew this map for me, of a tube knife closer to home. :D:D:D
