Jerry - Are you still taking orders?

I vividly remember that pamphlet. I ordered my first knife from it. One of the first 300 Battle Mistresses. It took eight agonizing months to receive it.

I've got one of those A2 Police Recruits! That A2 Badger looks mighty familiar as well. :D My last two A2 Busse's, the PR may go to a better home but the Badger will stay with me till the end.

I don't know any companies that honor prices from 20 year old marketing materials.

The Relative value of 587.00 dollars from 20 years ago ranges from $835.00 to $1,300.00. This answer is obtained by multiplying $587 by the percentage increase in the CPI from 1994 to 2014. If you still want to buy you can find those prices on the Busse/Swamprat/Scrapyard knives for sale Forum..Hope this helps..Ha Ha

My kingdom for a time machine

I first saw Busse knives sometime in the late '90s, and bought my first one (a Basic 9) in 2001. Money was harder to come by back then for me, and up to $300 seemed like a lot for a knife. I purchased others since then, but the old straight handles are still my favorites!

Thanks for the flyer and photos!
