What do you carry with you to dress your deer with? Have to admit my favorite knive for cleaning and skinning a deer is a Becker Necker. Just wash it off when I am done and has a nice belly on it for skinning.

I think he use's a Cold Steel Master Hunter:rolleyes:

Nah, I'm sure it's one he made. Would be interesting to know

man, i'm still wondering about the pork belly skinner... that one Ban did was awesome. !'d love to feel one in hand sometime.

Not sure about Jerry...but my black and blue fat game warden did a beautiful job dressing and butchering an 8 point buck today. That was after giving it some touch up with a fine DMT and lots of stropping for a nice mirror edge.

Congrats bro!

I used the GW on a few hogs and it did good, but was just a tad short -- I kept getting hung on the choil. It wasn't major, just a little annoying. The belly was sure nice

Used my meaner street on a mule-headed doe this week... the blade size was perfect for me, and it went through the rib cage like a hot knife through butter. It still shaved afterwards. I was impressed.

I hear hear that he guzzles the full contents of one of these, smashes it over a rock and uses the broken shards to field dress his game. For some folks, old habits die hard.
