Well, I just wanted to let everyone know how great Busse is.

I ordered a Mr. Mojo LE with custom Serial No. back in late Oct. and was told it would be delivered in about 4 weeks (in time for Christmas).

When I called on Fri. 12/7 to find when it was shipped, I was told because of Military orders my Mojo wouldn't be ready for another 3-4 weeks--well after Xmas. Bummer.

So, it was with heavy heart this morning (12/10) that I called to cancel my order with Stacy. She told me to hold a minute, and low-and-behold Jerry himself came on the line and tells me that I would have my Mr. Mojo by Christmas (even if he doesn't get to sleep until then)! Now that's Service!

You'll love your Mr. Mojo LE. By far the best handling 'E'- type Busse knife.

Now... if we could Jerry into a Red Suit :D

Now that I think about it, I've never seen Jerry, talked to him last week, but can't remember even seeing a picture of him yet. Anyone got a pic of Jerry, hell for that matter of the entire Busse crew? Would love to put faces with who I talk to on the phone :)

I can understand your frustration, if it is any comfort, you're not alone. I'm also waiting on 3 knives.

I did speak to Jerry about this subject last week and he said that all the ZT's are almost done. That Satin Finish has been causing them more work than they had anticipated. They have also had some equipment problems lately not to mention all the Military orders they are trying to complete. I know this isn't the answer that you were looking for but hopefully it helps a little.

Be patient, the wait will be well worth it.

Thanks for the update, that's all I would have asked for by Busse themselves, but still not a word.
It can't be that difficult to send out an generic email to the dozens perhaps hundreth of so people still waiting for there Zero Tolerance knives.
That's what I would find normal, just keeping your customers updated.

As promised, Jerry delivered my Mr. Mojo LE with custom serial number (#888) in time for Christmas--despite the huge backorders he's been experiencing which could've delayed delivery until well into the next year!
