I just received this today from Jerry. A lightweight HTT shadow pattern with carbon fiber scales and notice that Jerry is doing some new shields. Blade steel is 154CM overall length closed is 4 1/16" and weighs in at 2.1 ounces.

Very nice! I'd spoken with Jerry while he was building that. I think it came out great.

That's very nice! I have one on the way as well. (I hope.)

I sent Jerry the HTT magazine ad that Tony had and Jerry scaled down the larger one for his take on this pattern.

Jerry has a stag one that he carries and I've also seen another in mammoth. I might still have Jerry's picture somewhere.

Mike, I spoke to Jerry and he has one in the works for you. I have the LB-5, HTT, and a carbon fiber shadow trapper. The Shadow Trapper weighs in at 1.2 oz. All of them are ultra light.

Wow! Beautiful work on display in this thread. I sure like those patterns. Thanks for sharing the photos and information.

Ultra Light Ultra Sharp Ultra Kewl!
Love the shield, Jerry! Spiffed it up a notch!
Looking forward to seeing your HTT, Mikey!
Thanks for sharing the Halfrich Love!

You have to hold one of these to believe it. The trapper weighs just 1.1 ounces. I've always thought it was hard to improve on a classic slipjoint design, but Jerry has managed by making them in carbon fiber with no metal liner! Maintains the original look and design, but makes the knives very easy to carry. Even a big pattern becomes a reasonable EDC. Nice new wrinkle to slipjoints and possibly the best use so far, of carbon fiber on a knife.
