Jerry, I have a problem, too.

Since this is problem week, I might as well unload, too.

For years I happily used much lesser knives with no thought as to what I would do if they failed during use. Some did. I never had another one as backup.

Now I have the toughest knives on the planet, guaranteed unconditionally forever, and I have a backup to everything, overlapping functionality, sometimes two deep.

So, do I need to seek professional help for this irrational behavior,
or just order another knife?

Irrational?

Irrational is saying something like... "I have enough knives." Or, "I don't need that Busse folder. I have a (fill in the other-brand)". Or, "Jerry, take your time with the new line. I have plenty of knives now and my bank account is empty anyhow." Or, "Jerry drinks CBL so it must be good!"

For now Mike, I think you're doing just fine. If you still feel the need for professional help, call the shop. They'll set you straight.
