Hey BC, would it be possible to get some perspective shots of the F~SH? I am very interested in the handle contours.

Very excited about this one boys! (and girls...:D )

If not possible, then tell me to go eat my barbied shrimp! (we actually call them Prawns)...

Gundy out!

Sorry, those are the only pics I got. The handles are contoures a lot more than on previous knives. Especially the Battle Mistress and the the Steel Heart

When I get mine in "two weeks" I'll post 'em toot sweet.

At Blade, Jerry never actually said two weeks so, whenever it lands I'll be glad to see it.

Hey Mhawg

I'm moving to Columbia in November and I will be going to school there in Aug and Sep, any recommended must see stuff? Or any advice in general on the surrounding area?

Spearhead,
YUP! Found out yesterday morning on Staff Duty. I report 1 Aug. Then I am going to be stationed there, reporting in Nov.. Hopefully it won't be too bad.

Good luck then Nick. I hope things have gotten better on the trail than the reports I was getting 5 or 6 years ago just before I got out. Had a couple of buddies doing the DS tour that were getting hamstrung by the kinder, gentler basic training concept. Again, good luck.

Yeah, a buddy of mine who was a DS until about 3 years ago was telling me and my old man about the "stress cards" they issue now. My dad about blew his top. He was a squad leader back in the '50s (still had the rank of corporal back then)... Still makes me laugh, thinking about "stress cards" in the military. :D

Come on down! The great thing about Columbia is that even if you can't find something to do here you are within a couple hours of Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Charlotte and a couple kayakable rivers and some nice trail hiking. Columbia has some decent resturants and bars and even some cultural attractions. Ole Camp Jackson isn't exactly on the scenic tour but it's close to town so shopping isn't a hassle. If you have anything specific to ask about let me know.
