recondo4u,
I hope you find a Badger, I know that if I had one(and didn't already have a G20 and G29), I'd definitely be thinking long and hard about this one.....

The 10mm is arguably the most potent auto-pistol cartridge.....and the Glock is the best pistol that chambers it---bar none

Which model is it, BTW?
Good Luck!

Have you shot a .50AE? (Asks the man as he digs the front site post of his Desert Eagle from his forehead

Ok Bronco...

I meant out of "practical" loadings. Yes, there are more powerful cartridges out there, but of the one's factory chambered, and by multiple manufacturer's in different frame sizes....the 10mm wins

Not to mention, there's the potential of having a 21 round capacity with the G20.

Besides, I'd rather go with the .440 CorBon over the .50AE, if the pistol's size is not going to be a concern.

50AE's are great if perhaps you are hunting for uh. . .let's see.. .. . .uhmmm. . helicopters!

What a monster! I have never owned one but have dreamed of owning one for years. I had a Glock 10mm sent to me by the boys at Glock because it had such an interesting serial number. . . . "BAD 007". Shot it. . .loved it... gave it to my brother for Christmas for hog hunting in Texas.

What a complete tragedy that this caliber didn't get the respect that it deserved. . . It can smoke a 40S&W with a boatload of less pressure. In the Glock you can approach .41 magnum performance. .. Wow!

Jerry,
Sorry I started all this gun talk on your knife forum!! But I gota say the 10mm is a man amoung boys when it comes to a hand gun load, and Glock makes the best DAWG the feed the ammo to! Dont tell anyone but I here that SEAL Team SIX, has quite a few MP-5's chambered in 10mm. how awhsome that must be!!!!!!!!!!

I'll take point

Re: 10mm, .50AE, .40 Cor Bon etc.

Never take a pistol to a rifle fight.

Or, never take a rifle to a belt fed MG fight

You guys can keep you slide jobs. I'll take a wheel gun any day, preferably my Freedom Arms 454 Casull. Loaded up or loaded down you just can't beat it!

.454 Casull? Did you mean to say that you had a rotating bazooka?. . . oh yeah. .. . .same thing. I have a ton of .44 mags but have yet to shoot the king cannon .454 . . . Rich, if you'd like me to clean the barrel for you I have a great method that involves running pieces of copper through it at about 2,000 fps. Let me know if you're interested. I can also offer a quick 7-8 month turn around. . .that should get me through deer season.

Ahhh, ya bunch of sissies!!!!

What about the T/C encore (or contender? my memory fails...) chambered in .308!!!!

Now THERE'S a calibre

Sure, you only get one shot....

But it sure is a powerful one...

Jerry,
Anytime my friend! I'm surprised you haven't heard me shoot it, Stow is not that far from Wauseon...only about 130 mi as the crow flies!

If you shoot a .44 you'll have no trouble with it.
BTW, I've tried that method of cleaning. It doesn't work very well, but it's a ton of fun!
