Jerry,

Back on 2/07/03 on this thread Where is everyone? you posted:

"I just read another thread that said you cats dig the 5/16" INFI. . . Well, all I can say to that is. . . Reeeeally? Best watch what you be wishin' for!"

Also:

"The 5/16" is only for one model at this time. We just received 10,000 lbs of it for a "special model". Dividing that weight by the weight of the piece we are planning,. . . it should yield about 124 knives!!!!!"

I also think I remember a photo of the 5/16" plate in a pile in one of your shop areas. (Just can't find it right now.)

Now while you had been drinking when you made these posts whatever happened to this "special model"?

Hmmmm....10,000 pounds, 124 knives, figure about 50% waste...that's a 40 pound blade.

I'd say the special models are ready to go. You just have to go down to the shop and pick it up. Better hit the weight room first, though. :D

Although, given the midwestern weather of late, Jerry might have scratched the special model, and just made INFI 2x4's for the ultimate tornado shelter!!! :eek: :eek:

I am using it to make INFI sheaths with :D :D

I've got a model comin' that you won't believe. . . . .

Mostly, you won't belive that it doesn't have wheels. . . . .;)

So after 3 1/2 months of hinting at this (and we left you alone about it almost the whole time) you still can't unwrap it yet? OK, fine be like that! Will it see the "light of BLADE 2003"? (If so, since I can't go, somebody better take some pics... PLEASE) Will it be ready to go in '2 weeks'?:D

WTF, No wheels!?!?!?!:confused::mad::confused:

I suppose this means that the annual Nuclear Knife Society's Active Duty Derby plans are out the window?;)

Well, rumor has it that the fat AD has rails... And if memory serves... for an extra fee... wheels could be had and installed. I just depends on how likkered up you're willing to get with Jerry.:rolleyes:
