I think they are black linen, but it could be a very fine canvas. I think it depends on how sharp the cutting heads were on the milling machine with the canvas to make it come out that clean.

Those diagonal groove handles are so nice. I like the pattern inside the valley of each groove makes like an X. I've always liked the looks of those handles. Also a slight recurve to that SJ if you look closely. Very nice.

I think Rat-30 needs one to complete his diagonal set.
