Okay. Here she is. The Devilfinger. A JD inspired version of my Bushfinger.

The knife sports a 4" blade, with a 4.5" handle. Its 5/32" thick A2 steel etched, with a convex sabergrind. The handle is stabalized double dyed Maple with black bolster and liner. Pins are fiberglass, and natural canvas micarta, and the bullseye liner is natural canvas micarta.

Dylan cut a JD logo out of tape for me. Came out sweet!

That is quite devillish!

Surely, the denizens of that Forum will see its many good qualities.

That etch turned out pretty good. Hopefully the JD guys appreciate it.

Sweet Devilfinger Andy. But being a member there also i'm going to have to hand inspect it personally. You know just to be sure. Do you need my addy. :D
Nice job on her man just beautiful.

THat is a great looking knife. Perfect Jerzee Devil theme. The logo is impressive too.

What a sweet knife, this is probably the 6th time I've looked at this thread since yesterday... :D

Andy, I'm going to go over there and dig around some, but I thought I'd ask: are the contest knives going to be raffled off or sold at some point, or what? I would give a fairly important body part to get my hands on that knife.

EDIT TO ADD: Never mind, found it: Raffle! I'm so in.

i love the double dyed scales on this thing, adds a little extra punch to Andy's usual excellent work.

just registered at JD, also registered at Ramanon after he posted about the buildoff there.

Where did you find this? Who gets the proceeds? I never found out.

I don't know who gets the proceeds, but on the front page of the "Buildoff *Rules* and guidelines" thread stickied at the top of the Buildoff area they say that everything will be raffled off after the buildoff is over. I've never been involved with a raffle there, so I don't know how they work, how much it costs, where the money goes, etc. Somebody posted a little farther in that the makers can choose what happens to their knives, but apparently they are headed for a raffle normally. I wonder if a civilian can choose what knife for which they are intering the raffle? I'm kinda picky! ;)

If you are a member, they will all be raffled! All $ or whatever goes to whomever made the entry. WE DO NOT charge for anything, any and all maker's work is that member's property. (Except of course, my trademarked Logo)

Watch for thee excitement in the very near future!

Also it seems Andy is in the lead voting-wise.
