Anyone know where I can get a new Spyderco Jess Horn Lightweight special JP38, plain blade? All the dealers that I've looked at are out.

That model is out of production. You probably need to post on Bladeforums looking for one or just hang out at Gun and Knife shows or various sporting goods shops.
