I don't know which one to pick. I like the Centofante for the thin blade stock and hollow grind, but the Horn looks a little more narrow closed and I like the pointy tip. Either knife would replace my AUS8 Al Mar Falcon.

I have both. I like both also but I'd say for me I'd go with the Horn. It sure comes sharper. The ZDP 189 horn sprint run is a special knife. It's point is like a needle too. The Centofante 3 should be a bit heavier, but not much. It's a win, win choice IMO. Good luck. Joe

I had the same dilemma 3 months ago when I was at Spyderco outlet and I chose Centofante 3. I am very happy with it - the blade is much better for spreading butter or cheese and cleaning fish. Very light, very sharp! The handle is a little thicker than Horn and more comfy for my hands. I must say that I tried to like Horn because of the ZDP189 but simply Cento3 is more elegant. If you don't have a Sharpmaker yet I would take C3 + Sharpmaker for the price of Horn. Keep it sharp!

I'm going to order tomorrow, still on the fence. I'd rather not have a coin flip decide it.

I have both and like them both. The Jess Horn seems like a smaller knife but it's blade is the same length as the Centofante and it's handle is just around an 1/8" smaller. Both handles fit my big mitts fine. The FRN on the Centofante is more substantial and wider as is the blade. It's a tough choice. I think the Centofante is a bargain and looks great with the Spyder inlay. Both are great thin bladed slicers. If you cut a lot of stuff on a flat surface like food or leather etc, get the Centofante. If you need to pierce a lot, get the Horn. Bang for buck=Centofante, it's like a poor mans Ocelot. Latest and greatest steel in well designed knife=Jess Horn.
