Ok guys help me out. Saw a jeweled neck knife somewhere, I think on these forums. Looks like a big piece of jewlery a woman would wear. Had a female friend ask me about them, and damn can't remember where I saw them.

Donald Bell from Halifax Nova Scotia Canada does some pretty nice jewelery type knives including neck knives. He is in fact a goldsmith and jeweller as well as a knifemaker.
