I received this knife yesterday from Charlie Bell. When I placed my order I chose Jigged Micarta. I kept second guessing that choice but I stuck to my guns because I wanted a durable material and I've never owned or handled a knife with Jigged Micarta covers.

I'm over the moon impressed with the knife but that's not what this thread is about. It's about the Jigged Micarta. This stuff has an amazing feel to it and I'm rather fascinated by it. It has a rugged, durable feel that is difficult to explain but I really like it a lot.

Are there any production knives available in Jigged Micarta? I might want to try another one if I could find an affordable one.

If you happen to own a knife with Jigged Micarta covers, please share it here. I'm fascinated with the stuff and I would love to see what you folks have.

Thanks for sharing that one, Jeff. It almost looks like gunstock checkering. How do you like the material?
